Space Optimizer Engine

The Space Optimizer Engine is a module of the Chart platform that utilizes powerful data modeling to recommend a list of ideal tenants for a space that a leasing agent is trying to fill. The prototype below shows some of the key functionality of this tool, including the ability to filter the list by category, remove/hide items from the list, search for a brand in the list, and export the list.
